Had a change of heart - or taste? It happens. We allow returns within 7 days. Items must be unused, unwashed and still adorable. If your order shows up wrong or damaged, we'll fix it ASAP.
Customer-initiated returns - customer pays return shipping.
Our mistake or damaged item - we cover the replacement.
Custom items - Not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
Returning Goods
Please contact us at info@loudcottonsupply.com prior to returning item(s). We will refund you once we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used to place the order. Please send the merchandise to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable carrier. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
